Petitioner, at the time of her accident, was employed as a salesclerk in Verkamps retail store at the south rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Verkamps owns a number of apartments at the Grand Canyon and as a part of petitioners compensation she was provided one of these apartments, as were a number of the other employees. She was not absolutely required to live in her employers apartments; there were other accommodations, such as hotel and trailer parks. Some employees did not live in the Verkamps apartments.
